As one of the oldest Chiropractic Colleges in the United States, Texas Chiropractic College has been a leader in the Postgraduate and Continuing Education space for many decades; with a primary emphasis on in-person courses.
In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and as part of a larger initiative to expand digital course offerings, TCC was faced with hosting their annual convention for the first time in a fully-virtual environment. They contracted with SPEG (Southeast Sports Seminars at the time) to build out an online learning platform that would allow them to live stream the virtual week-long Convention and provide an infrastructure for future online course offerings.
In July 0f 2020, the online.txchiro.edu online learning platform was launched with the successful week-long, first-ever Virtual Texas Chiropractic College Annual Convention.
Since that time, the team at Texas Chiropractic College has continued to expand their online course offerings, including most-recently, the launch of their 100hr Acupuncture Certification course. The online learning platform allows for this hybrid format course–combining three modules of self-paced online learning with 2 live, hands-on modules over two weekends.
